We offer compliance consulting, HIPAA risk assessments, and policy development services for healthcare providers.

• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

• Not misuse or reproduce our materials without permission.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for cancellations made within 24 hour timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
